WitGrit Consulting was founded in 2017 on a straightforward belief: business owners deserve counsel that is as practical as it is forward-looking. Management consulting is our core business activity — we work alongside founders, family offices and leadership teams to turn complexity into clear, executable plans.
Our work spans the full lifecycle of a company: funding the first bold idea, scaling through growth, consolidating market position, and preparing for a successful exit or transition. We also partner with lenders, investors, advisors and industry stakeholders who serve the same owners we do.
